Hello! I like to make a list of my favorite things that I did or experienced every Sunday or Monday, from the previous week. Its a nice way to reflect on the areas where you spent a lot of time as well as allows you to appreciate the things you experienced. I usually look at a few categories like Movies, Music, Books, and misc. stuff like websites I liked or whatever but feel free to do it however you like - make a list of things you loved on TeamSugar this past week for instance, or a journal about what a great vacation you just had - just whatever you like! I'll be posting my reflective lists and posts every week. I invite you to do the same (or stop by now and again and reflect on a few days, weeks or months!)
